Pathetic service

In general: Check in time mentioned is 2pm, came at 2:30, no room available at even 3pm. At the time of booking I clearly mentioned I would need an early check-in. I arrived late at 2:30, and still waitin. The staff has no clue about anything, no one to pick the luggage at the reception, I wonder what are they charging us for, and what all these stars means?? Would never recommend this hotel to anyone Location and surroundings: Hard to find Service: Pathetiv Room: Pathetic

Never book this hotel

In general: Pathetic service, rooms are not ready to b checked in till as late as 3:30 pm... no porter to pick luggage!! Location and surroundings: In some residential type area- difficult to find, very small entrance and reception--feels like I've booked some 2 star property! Service: Pathetic
